Blog3-Unit1 Reflection

💖 As we all know, cultures are diverse.

 I learned a lot of terms through this unit, such as: cultural integration, cultural identity, trendy culture, non-mainstream culture ...

Understand the meaning of different cultural types. Through the introduction of other students, I also learned about the cultures of different regions such as Brazil and Italy.

 I made a blog and a web page in this class. We should respect and understand different cultures.

My Aha moment was when Joy introduced her website. She said that Taiwan Province's culture came from many different countries and MAX them. This made me suddenly understand that "all cultures have been merged and developed". In my subconscious, the culture in my hometown of Guangdong has not changed. In fact, since I was a child, Guangdong has unconsciously produced many new cultures, which have been integrated into my life.

 It's like a tree planted in front of your house. It's hard for you to notice it. When you suddenly think of it one day, you will find that it has grown into a big tree. 

This is my Aha moment.

If I use a simple bumper sticker to sum up what I have learned in this unit, it is "diverse cultures"

I learned how to make a web page, which made me feel very happy. Because when I need to publicize or show an object or thing, I can make a web page to describe it. I also got friends from different countries and met new classmates.

That's what I've gained from this unit. I'm very happy to attend class with you!
